Ally Sheedy
Alexandra Elizabeth Sheedy is an American actor. Her birth date was June 13, 1962. Following her debut movie in 1983, Bad Boys, Sheedy became one of the Brat pack consisting of actors. She was in WarGames (1983) The Breakfast Club (1985), Short Circuit (1986) and WarGames. The performance of Sheedy in Lisa Cholodenko's High Art (2000) won her the Independent Spirit Award, Best Female Actress. Ally Sheedy is an American writer and actress. She began her film career with the crime drama film Bad Boys in the early 1980s, for which she was quite appreciated. The film, which was helmed by Rick Rosenthal also starred other well-known actors like Sean Penn Esai Morales Clancy Brown and Alan Ruck. After her breakthrough in her first film, she also appeared in the 1985 comedy drama film The Breakfast Club. John Hughes directed one of best films aimed at high schools. Even though the film's budget was just $1 million, it earned more than $50 million. Between then she started appearing in different TV shows like CBS Schoolbreak. It was her first appearance on television. In April of 1980, it became an adolescent-oriented show. Other shows on TV she was in include Chicago Story Big City Samuels and the Kid as well as Hill Street Blues. Some of her latest appearances include Little Sister and X-Men Apocalypse a film about a superhero in which she plays in a role as a guest. Sheedy won numerous prizes in 2005 for her performance. She also was honored an MTV Movie Award, Silver Bucket of Excellence Award.
