Dwayne is the pastor in charge for Wellspring Church in Charlotte NC which he planted in 2007. Additionally, he is a part of the Acts 29 Network, where he works as director of Pastoral Care. Dwayne is passionate about empowering future generations of biblical counselors. He is a member of the director's board of the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He has written numerous online publications, and also a contributor to Christ-centered biblical counseling Change lives through God's changeless truth (eds. Kelleman and Viars).
